About this Property

- Private vacation home
I have two condos that offer a expansive ocean and courtyard view, and are located on the second and third floor of a 3 story building. The living room has a queen size sleeper couch, and the kitchen has new quartz countertops with bespoke constructed cabinets. The condos have had recent interior updates with new wood floors. We have WIFI and TV’s included in the living room and master bedroom, etc.
As you enter the condo, you step into the newly decorated kitchen that provides an open area that overlooks the living room with a bar which serves as a divider. The kitchen is entirely equipped with cooking silverware and pots and pans. Also a kitchen table is positioned to seat 4 people and the bar has seating for 3.
The sleeping arrangements in the condo include two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private shower bath and a queen size bed with a private door opening onto the balcony. The balcony is furnished with barstool height chairs and a beverage table. The balcony setting provides a pretty view over looking the cavernous courtyard that has palm trees and the pool and deck area with the ocean to the left. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. A huge bath with a shower and tub is located between the two bedrooms.
The condos are located in the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach and have been protected with enforced zoning that makes this a very charming safe area. We offer private parking within the condo complex. The condo location is near the Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall and Restaurant Row. Apache Pier which is a newer pier, is located a block north of the condos in walking distance. Ocean Annie’s is located 2 blocks south of the condo complex. This attraction is a live band that plays beach music on a deck area overlooking the ocean - afternoons and evenings. I provide 2 beach chairs for my guests. Also Myrtle Beach has many striking golf courses and miniature golf for those who appreciate this option.
I am very particular about the cleanliness of my condos. I have a lady who privately cleans for me (I don’t use a commercial cleaning service), and I have had very satisfied renters who have expressed their appreciation concerning the cleanliness of my condos.

Myrtle Beach vacation rental booking tips:
Get the best rental value:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
- Summer time is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, change your family's Myrtle Beach vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitor guides have deals for nearby accommodations and attractions.
Selecting and booking the perfect Myrtle Beach rental:
- Begin by selecting vacation dates and a max budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration you need. Ocean Front Condo in Very Desirable Location (2nd Floor) has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible online. If not, email or call the host before booking your rental. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to work out what configuration is suitable for your vacation.
- If your family is bringing pets, you will need a rental that allows animals. Request information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Note that some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach beach you crave, search for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to ask about wheel chair accessibility, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
Tips to have a great stay:
- Get the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your . Put the host's information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent lots of difficulties.
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would back home.
- Note any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would have not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
- Did you have a terrific vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
