Come savor the beach at this calming home located in Ocean Lakes. Home V-25 on Old Kings Road is a 3 bed/2 bath home on stilts with an optional golf cart that can be added (please contact me for details). The home is located on a dead-end road with tons of privacy. WIFI and cable is included.
We also accept different payment avenues, as a way to save on credit card costs!

Family room has a couch, appreciate seat, recliner and ottoman with a intelligent tv, electric fireplace and ceiling fan.
The kitchen is completely supplied with everything you would need for cooking. There is a Keurig single serve & carafe coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, pots/pans dishes and silverware available for your use. Kitchen table has 4 chairs and a bench.

Bedrooms:
The King Master suite has a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The Master bath has a tub/shower combo.
The Queen bedroom has a flat screen tv and ceiling fan.
The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed with flat screen tv and ceiling fan.
The hall bath has a tub/shower combo
Full size washer and dryer with plenty of storage

The porch has a new tall polywood round table with 4 chairs and another table with 4 chairs to sit outside and appreciate the weather. Porch and stairs are covered
Features a seating area under the home with a new privacy wall and shades for privacy. There is a sectional couch and ottoman and a table with two chairs. New bar with stools, intelligent tv and ceiling fan with plenty of lighting under home. Steps up to home are covered.

Need 2 homes close together? We manage three homes on this street, two are close with one home between. V-29 is two doors down and V-7 just down the street.

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance.   • Protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to stimulate new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
