We have continued remodeling by adding LVT plank floor in all living areas and all bedrooms. We most newly refreshed both bathrooms with new tiled showers, new vanities, lighting and mirrors. A fresh coat of paint this winter (2024) and all popcorn ceilings removed.
With our awesome expansive view of the ocean and beach, we know you will spend countless hours on the balcony maybe appreciating a meal or a snack or just calming in the cool ocean breeze.
Our oceanfront living room has double sliding glass doors with bespoke drapes. We have ample seating including a pull out queen couch for guests and a sizable 58" Intelligent TV with expanded cable package. The dining area will seat six with two additional stools at the bar. Our freshly designed and enlarged kitchen features granite countertops, deep stainless steel sink, and stainless steel appliances. Maple cabinets are overstocked with cookware, dinnerware, flatware, bakeware and more.

Finding the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Getting the best rental home value:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To find the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guide magazines have money saving offers on local accommodations and attractions.
Selecting the best rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Begin by selecting trip dates and a spending budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Oceanfront Dream Vacation! 11th Floor-What a View!! + Beach Locker-Book Early! has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is usually accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email the property management company before reserving your home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach destination you crave, keep an eye out for properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. .
- If your family is vacationing with pets, search for a rental that allows animals. Get details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Note that some property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
Considerations for your stay:
- Be sure you get the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental.
- Document any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if a dispute is filed.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors bothering your peace. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
- Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to drive more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective.
