Welcome to Saltwater Serenity, Located in Richmond Park at Kingston Plantation, this 3BR/2BA villa/townhouse is close to everything while offering a serene ambience. Highlights include an refreshed kitchen, private outdoor spaces with seating for alfresco dining, and a peaceful view of Lake Arrowhead. This single story townhouse is located on the ground floor and does not have stairs at the entrance. There are three steps between the back porch and back patio.

On-site amenities include tennis courts, access to two pools, and nature trails. Deeded beach access to the Myrtle Beach coastline is a 5-min. walk from home.

The Space:
BED & BATH

The primary suite has a king size bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the back porch. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed, a twin bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private covered patio with seating for two. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and can be accessed via the second bedroom and the hallway.

The third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV.

LIVING AREA

Unwind in the open living area, complete with a couch and a intelligent TV.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA

The gleaming kitchen has a full suite of appliances, granite countertops, and a beautiful subway tile backsplash. Sit for breakfast at the expandable kitchen table for two. When dinner is served, the dining table seats six while the bar seats an additional three.

Saltwater Serenity in Richmond Park at Kingston Plantation is the ideal place to Spend sun-kissed days at the beach; beach access is roughly a 5-mintue walk (walk).

For shopping, head to the Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, or Barefoot Landing. Catch a live show at the Myrtle Beach House of Blues or the Alabama Theater.

Getting Around:
Car, Uber, Taxi, Walking, Golf Cart

(You can also rent a golf cart from Kingston Plantation to help make your travels around the community easier.)

Other Things to Note:
We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.

- Smoking: NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condo of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.

- Family Animals: NO FAMILY FAMILY PETS are allowed in the resort; this is an HOA regulation and is stringently enforced. Kingston Plantation does NOT allow family pets. If they are brought onto the property you will be fined $500.00 and you will be made to vacate the premises/rental.

- Events/Generous groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Grand events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will also result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Please remember this is a PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO, we ask that you PLEASE treat it as you would your own home.

Renter acknowledges that there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed on or in the property, bringing in pets, throwing events, or causing a disturbance to the Resort or other Guests.

Trash & Dishes must be taken care of on departure. An additional charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care before your departure!!

Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes!!

If you violate the Rules you will forfeit the damage deposit in its entirety, and you will be removed from the property with ZERO REFUNDS!!!!

Absolutely NO Early Check-In unless prior permission is given & subject to additional charges. We must allow time to prepare the property in between our Guest.

Please respect rather hours. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 9:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be Respectful of all Neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
