The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities of home, designed to make meal preparation a breeze. The open living area features a convenient pass-through from the kitchen to the dining room, creating an ideal space for entertaining guests. This unit features a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the comfortable guest room, and a cozy sleeper couch in the living room, making it ideal for accommodating up to 6 guests.

Appreciate plenty of comfortable seating on the screened-in porch, which offers charming vistas of Lake Arrowhead. It's the ideal spot for a casual meal or simply to relax and soak in the tranquility of the surroundings. Plus, a striking ½-mile stretch of white sandy beach is just a short walk away.

Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Policy:
Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the exercise center, resort shuttle transportation, Embassy Suites pool complex, or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Plantation Resort. However, all guests may use either the oceanfront pool, located between the North and South Hampton Towers or the pool adjacent to Laurel Court, just across the footbridge from Sandy Toes.

Resort management restricts golf cart units to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the exercise center. Trailer parking is NOT allowed at any time.
