We would like to welcome you to our family beach home located in the private gated community of Ocean Lakes Family Campground. This safe (24 hour security) and family friendly community is full of amenities. There is something for everybody to appreciate:

Our appealing bungalow has all the amenities of home. Our home features a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Hallway Bathroom (with shower/tub combo), Open Living Room with 2 Sleeper Chairs (convert into twin sized beds for additional sleeping spaces), Galley Kitchen (with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, etc), Breakfast Nook (with room for 4, we also have included 2 TV dinner trays), 2nd Bathroom (with shower stall), and 2nd Bedroom with Twin Bunk Beds.
We provide complimentary high speed internet and there are 3 TV's with cable (one in master bedroom, bunk bed room, and living room). We also have a game cabinet with family friendly games. We have supplied 2 beach chairs and sand toys to use while appreciating time in the sun. During the summer there is also a rental company on the beach that rents out umbrellas/chairs.
We provide complimentary linen service which includes fresh sheets/pillow cases for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, makeup wash clothes, bathmats, and a set of kitchen towels. The home is inspected before you arrival and it is clean & in order. Upon departure the renter is responsible for washing/replacing all dishes/cutlery and taking garbage bags outside to place in the outside garbage can. There is a comprehensive departure procedures list in our Renter Binder in our home. Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your desired dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.
There is NO SMOKING inside the home, no family pets, and there is no golf cart supplied with our rental (you can rent one through Ocean Lakes or bring your own personal golf cart). We do have a security camera on the front porch (above and to the right of the front door). Please don’t cover it or tamper with it in any way. It is motion activated and monitors the front door, porch, and driveway. It will be switched on during your stay.There is room for one car to park in front of the home and additional parking can be found at the overflow lot near the front of the campground.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund 60+ days before check-in. 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. If less then 30 days before check-in and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises has been held from the rental market.
***Ocean Lakes is a family aligned vacation destination with 24 hour security. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age and only to families/responsible adults. Any violations to this rule or any other Ocean Lakes Family Campground rules will be required to leave immediately without refund. The renter listed must be at the home for the entire rental period. The home cannot be rented by someone on behalf or someone else. You must purchase a $12 a day car pass directly from Ocean Lakes. Passes increase to $15 a day if arrival is less than 10 days from request.***
