Relaxing home away from home! this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home and it's central location is just what you're looking for. Savor exceptional vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway on the covered front porch or the private master bedroom balcony, or woodland vistas on the huge rear deck.
The main floor, which actually starts on the second story, is an open floor plan containing a full kitchen, dining area, living room, a half bath and a laundry room. The back door exits onto an broad open air deck where you will find a BBQ grille, and a picnic table. A trip down the back stairs will lead you to a fenced-in backyard. It's common to hear the owls talking to each other nearly nightly!
The top floor has a full bathroom in the hallway, three bedrooms including a master suite which has its own full bathroom, double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. There is also a private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 32-in TV with Roku, and the third bedroom has a full size bed.
***PLEASE NOTE***
There is no access to the rooms on the ground level. One contains the apartment where we stay-we are on site, so any questions you may have or anything you need help with, we are close by, but we assure you will have 100% privacy. Also, we do not own the property across the street, so please just savor the view. If you would like to fish or you like to bring your boat/jet skis, there is a public boat launch 1.5 miles away.
Within 5 mins. you will find multiple eateries, a grocery store, gas station, and a pharmacy.
Downtown Myrtle Beach, including the beach itself, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grandiose Mall, and many other fashionable attractions are roughly 15 mins. away.
We offer a pass for you to use to get into the Myrtle Beach State Park which is about 15 mins. away, the pass also works at Huntington State Park just south of us roughly 25 mins..
About the Area
Located in Forestbrook, this vacation home is near theme parks.
